Customers line up all day at this popular restaurant in Ginza. Not only is the sandwich stuffed full with ingredients, but the fresh-baked bread, delivered right before the shop opens, is incredibly soft! This version of the egg sandwich served for customers eating in (600 yen) is made from one loaf of bread, making it even more filling and satisfying.

Made with carefully selected Japanese pork, this delicious Fillet Katsu Sandwich features the restaurant's thick, sweet original sauce, made with ingredients including apple and onion, and tonkatsu made using its own original bread crumbs and oil. Pan Murakami
-
This small bakery that opens early in the morning serves bread baked starting at 5:00 am by a husband and wife team. All of the sandwiches and rolls in its show windows are made by hand. The most popular, the Mixed Sandwich combining potato salad with eggs and ham, has an appealing taste that somehow seems nostalgic.

TSUKIJI SHOURO
-
The Shoro Sandwich, made by a famed rolled-egg shop in Tsukiji, includes only the shop's specialty of rolled eggs and mayonnaise. The rolled egg is thick so that you can enjoy the taste of it. When you have a bite, tasty dashi (soup stock) overflows. This sandwich is filling and satisfying, too.
